drawing brows. Some skin types won't even take a brow pencil smoothly.
So I clean the skin before drawing the brows and same with eyes and
lips. After using the Numquick Pink or DOTC blue. Wipe off and
then use the alcohol prep pad to clean the skin more....alcohol
dissipates immediately and will not harm the eyes. Your pigment will
take better without all the cream on the eye and the same with the lip. |
